Delta destemmers pride themselves on smooth process. The grapes are introduced through the hopper and can be dejuiced which improves the quality of the destemming process.
Cage hole size can be changed to suit the type of grapes being processed and the destemming paddle shaft can be changed to enable whole bunch destemming or machine harvest destemming. All Delta Destemmers have electronic variable speed to destem at your optimal rate.
This destemming process operates without beater shaft nor rotative cage. It uses an ample swinging motion of the one or two cages to separate the grapes from the stems by inertia.
Thanks to the inertia effect, there are many advantages:
The DP Pumps are a peristaltic pump that can pump must or wine. The Delta DP will pump must smoothly and pump wine gently. The Delta PM pump is a helical rotor pump for smooth transfer of must.
Delta Vistalys is a fully automated optical sorting line that will sort machine or hand harvested grapes. It removes any undesirable materials from your grapes that have previously been destemmed. This is essential for the quality of the wine, especially red wine.

A new generation of cross flow filtration. Cross flow technology respect your wines organoleptic quality of structure, colour and aromas. There is minimal wine loss and a decrease of wine oxidation due to the absence of oxygen in the filter unit. The filter units are fully automated and will give you optimized price per litre. There is also a new option that allows you to process lees during vintage.
Flavy MT Reverse Osmosis is a physical membrane process which can extract under pressure part of the water (permeate) contained in the wine. Efficient for both red and white wine, easy to clean, use and maintain.
It is possible to decrease the alcoholic level of a wine without changing its colour or aromas.
